Trash pickup is Wednesday and Saturday and needs to be visible from the street. Recycling is on Saturday at the curb. More information on these services can be found at the Fort Bend County MUD 37 website at https://www.fbcmud37.com/ Please know that the HOA has no responsibility for trash or recycling. This is handled exclusively by the Fort Bend County MUD 37.
Electricity is deregulated in our area. To connect new service, visit www.powertochoose.org to select a retail electricity provider. Contact CenterPoint Energy, the transmission and distribution provider, for power outages. If reporting a streetlight out, please note the pole number before calling or visiting the website outage reporting page (through the link above).
Key fobs are available from Crest Management. The fobs are used for access to the tennis courts, pool and Viewridge bathrooms.
